Building regulations

Building regulations sets out the minimum standards for design and construction of buildings. 

We can take care of all Building regulation matters. In most cases we are able to have Building regulations plans and notes approved within a two week time period, this is much quicker than the Local building Control Authorities time frame, thus allowing a projects to progress more quickly.

Structural Engineering

As part of our services we provide Structural drawings and calculations. 

If required on any given projects we can provide structural engineering detailing and calculations that can be used for construction purposes and as part of the Building regulation submission process.

Party wall notice

If your planning to undertake building work between you and the neighbours property, then the Party Wall etc.Act of 1996 may well apply. 

We are able to offer help and advice on the aspects of the Party Wall Act, and issue Party Wall Notices whenever they are required.
